A dedicated space for neurodivergent women

At The Center of Wellbeing, we have always believed that mental health support should feel human, thoughtful, and genuinely aligned with the person receiving it.

Over time, one thing became increasingly clear:

Many neurodivergent women were arriving in therapy carrying not only anxiety, burnout, low self-worth, relationship strain, or emotional overwhelm — but also the lifelong exhaustion of having felt misunderstood.

Not broken.
Not too much.
Not failing.
Simply different.

And very often, deeply unseen.

That is why She Thinks Different was created.

What is She Thinks Different?

She Thinks Different is a dedicated sister brand to The Center of Wellbeing, created specifically for women who think, feel, process, and move through the world differently.

It is a space designed for neurodivergent women — including those with diagnosed or suspected ADHD, autism, AuDHD, sensory differences, emotional intensity, chronic overwhelm, or a lifelong sense of being “out of step” with the world around them.

While The Center of Wellbeing supports a wide range of emotional, psychological, and relational needs, She Thinks Different offers a more focused and identity-affirming space for women navigating life through a neurodivergent lens.

It exists because women deserve support that does not just try to “manage symptoms” — but actually understands the deeper story underneath them.

Why it exists

For many women, neurodivergence has been missed, misunderstood, masked, dismissed, or mislabelled for years.

Some have spent decades believing they were lazy, dramatic, too sensitive, too disorganised, too intense, too emotional, too forgetful, too much.

Others have built entire lives around coping strategies that look “fine” from the outside — while privately feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, ashamed, and disconnected from who they really are.

She Thinks Different was built to challenge that narrative.

This is not about pathologising women.
It is about helping them understand themselves.

It is about giving language to experiences that have gone unnamed for too long.

It is about offering support that feels validating, intelligent, compassionate, and practical.

How She Thinks Different is different

This space has been created with neurodivergent women in mind from the ground up.

That means support which recognises:

  • masking and burnout

  • sensory and emotional overload

  • identity confusion and self-trust issues

  • people-pleasing and perfectionism

  • relationship struggles

  • executive functioning difficulties

  • cycles of shame, guilt, and “not keeping up”

  • the grief of late discovery

  • the relief of finally making sense of yourself

It is a place where women can begin to understand their inner world with more clarity, more self-compassion, and far less judgement.

What you will find there

Through She Thinks Different, women can access a growing range of support, resources, and specialist offers designed specifically for them.

These may include:

  • neurodivergent-informed coaching

  • therapeutic programmes for self-understanding and personal growth

  • psychoeducation and emotional wellbeing resources

  • workshops, digital tools, and guided materials

  • honest conversations about life as a neurodivergent woman

  • a more affirming pathway toward confidence, clarity, and self-trust

This work is rooted in both professional understanding and lived insight — because for many women, support works best when it is both clinically informed and deeply human.

Part of the wider Center of Wellbeing family

Although She Thinks Different has its own voice, identity, and specialist focus, it remains part of the wider vision of The Center of Wellbeing.

Both brands are connected by the same values:

compassion, clarity, authenticity, emotional safety, and meaningful change.

The difference is that She Thinks Different speaks more directly to a very specific group of women whose needs have too often been overlooked.

It is not separate from our mission.
It is an extension of it.

A space to feel recognised

Sometimes healing does not begin with a strategy.

Sometimes it begins with one powerful realisation:

There is nothing wrong with me. I just make sense in a different way.

That is the heart of She Thinks Different.

A place where women can feel recognised.
A place where difference is not treated as deficiency.
A place where understanding becomes the beginning of change.
